The CYM Journey Program is structured to empower your identity, purpose, and vision. Utilizing a blend of marketplace conference room and wilderness experience, participants will be challenged to explore and refine their occupational goals; to discover your calling. Gaining this higher vantage is true valuable when understood in the context of application. Conquering your mountain requires the path to implementation be charted. The CYM curriculum is best described as a journey through a wisdom narrative. The unique curriculum facilitates growth and personal discovery.

Outdoor Group Experience

We’ve partnered with our friends at Appalachian Mountain Leadership to host a three day backpacking excursion, where you will deepen your understanding of the principles you’ve learned. All gear and food will be provided.

Real World Outcomes

This is a marketplace based journey equipping you with skills to succeed in life. The course is designed to bring you wisdom with regard to your occupation and entrepreneurship. Purposeful daily work is success.
